The cottage is in the heart of the seaside village of Charmouth which is quiet thanks to the A35 bypass. The house is well furnished and equipped with gas central heating and a small courtyard garden with patio furniture accessed from double French Windows off the lounge. This is where the Muscat vine resides basking in the sun trap. A great spot to enjoy a sip of wine during the Summer months!

With all the luxuries of home

Vine CottageThe house features a bright sunny lounge, having windows to both the North and South aspects. There is a Chesterfield sofa and also four arm chairs providing comfortable seating for up to six people. It is equipped with a flat screen HD television, DVD and video player. The central fireplace is brought to life with a living flame gas fire. There is also a CD player and HiFi with a USB port to which you can connect an MP3 player or Ipod.Vine Cottage

The modern kitchen/diner is equipped with a gas hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats six.

There is a cloakroom on the ground floor featuring a wc and wash-hand basin. This is accessed off the attractive entrance hall.


Three comfortable bedrooms

Vine CottageOn the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5’ double bed and an en-suite shower room and wc. The second bedroom has a 4’ 6” double bed. There is a third bedroom with a single bed and ‘truckle’ bed which can be pulled out to form twin beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a wc and hand-basin.

Duvets and bed linen are provided but visitors are asked to bring their own towels. Alternatively these can be hired separately from Lyme Bay Holidays; other items such as cots and stair-gates etc are also available for hire.

Parking and local amenities

There is an integral garage for one medium sized car with additional on street parking, approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and the house is close to the local village shops, restaurants and pubs. Everything you would want in a holiday home. Lyme Regis is just under 4 miles away.
