The Cottage

 

Vine Cottage, built in traditional style, provides quality accommodation.

The cottage is in the heart of the seaside village of Charmouth, which is quiet thanks to the A35 bypass. The house is well-furnished and equipped with gas central heating and a small courtyard garden with patio furniture accessed from double French windows off the lounge. A great spot to enjoy a sip of wine during the summer months!

The house features a bright, sunny lounge, having windows to both the north and south aspects.

There is a three-seater sofa and also four armchairs providing comfortable seating for up to six people. It is equipped with a high definition smart television and DVD player.

The central fireplace is brought to life with a living flame gas fire.

The modern kitchen/diner is equipped with a gas hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats six.

There is a cloakroom on the ground floor featuring a WC and wash-hand basin. This is accessed off the attractive entrance hall.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5’ double bed and an en-suite shower room and WC.

The second bedroom has a 4’ 6” double bed. There is a third bedroom with a single bed and ‘truckle’ bed which can be pulled out to form twin beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a WC and hand-basin.

Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Other items such as cots and stair-gates etc are also available for hire from Lyme Bay Holidays.

Parking and local amenities

There is an integral garage for one medium sized car with additional on street parking, approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and the house is close to the local village shops, restaurants and pubs. Everything you would want in a holiday home. Lyme Regis is just under four miles away.
